Reviving one piece at a time
Shagan began in 2024, in a small corner of our home in Rawalpindi. It's a mother-daughter venture, built on kitchen-table conversations, shared sketches, and a lot of trial and error.
Somewhere along the way, we noticed something. Real 925 chandi, the kind heavy with detail and history, was slowly disappearing. It was being replaced by things that shine for a season and then get forgotten in a drawer. We thought someone had to keep this alive. So we did.
We work only in pure 925 sterling silver, because that is what our elders trusted, and that is what lasts. No shortcuts, no plating that fades in a month. Just chandi, the way it was always meant to be. Solid, honest, and made to become someone's heirloom one day.
Well here's Shagan, aiming to revive Pakistan's chandi jewellery, one piece at a time.
