Shagan began in 2024, in a small corner of our home in Rawalpindi. A mother and daughter, a love for chandi, and many kitchen table conversations later, here we are.

We started Shagan because we missed the chandi we grew up with. The kind that was worn often, treasured for years, and passed down from one generation to the next.

Every Shagan piece is made in 925 sterling silver, with the hope that it becomes more than just jewellery. Something you wear, keep, and someday pass on.
